Papers of the National Museum in Krakow. New series is an annual, peer-reviewed scientific journal published since 1999, in continuation of Papers and Reports of the National Museum in Krakow published from 1952 until 1980. The yearbook publishes texts by Polish and foreign researchers concerning mainly the NMK collection, but the journal's profile includes articles, reports and reviews in the fields of art history, conservation of artworks, museology as well as history and auxiliary sciences, the subject matter of which goes beyond the Museum's own collections. Texts in Polish are included in international circulation thanks to abstracts in English, and all texts are made available online on the journal's website with DOI (Digital Object Identifier) numbers. more
