Photographic documentation of museum holdings for reproduction in all type of publications, for copying and for scholarly research purposes may be released, and consent to reproduction of images of works and consent for filming granted on the basis of a written order submitted by e-mail or traditional mail.

The order should include the following:

• Information on the client, correspondence address, contact tel. no., e-mail address
• List of objects to be photographed (copied, reproduced, filmed ) – incl. author, title, inv. no. (these details are available from the Photographic Documentation and Scholarly Research Section – bmaj@mnk.pl, tel. + 48 12 433 55 35
• In the case of copying agreements: definition of changes in dimensions from the original, and planned error in detail
• Information on planned use of the photographs or copies, or scope of distribution of the film material
•  

Photographic material or objects for filming will be released once the agreement is signed. For the purposes of the agreement we request the following information:

• For orders from companies: current registration data (up-to-date entry from the National Court Register (KRS) or declaration of business activity, proof of issue of NIP and Regon numbers
• For individual orders: personal data (residential address, PESEL no., ID document no.)

These formalities are conducted by the Sales Section.
