MNK The Szymanowski - About the branch
A visit to 'Atma' is accompanied by music composed by Karol Szymanowski. It also offers live performances which can be enjoyed during the concerts organized in 'Atma' by the National Museum in Krakow, the summer festival - Karol Szymanowski Days - organised by The Karol Szymanowski Music Society as well as concerts organized by other musical and cultural institutions.
In 2008, out of concern for the safety of both the villa and the valuable exhibits presented therein, 'Atma' was equipped with water-mist fire protection device FOG.
The newly opened 'Atma' invites the visitors to partake in rich educational program, lectures and presentations as well as educational programmes for children and youth which include museum lessons and arts and music workshops. Those interested may explore the library collections and archives.
