EXHIBITION IN THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE

On 9 January 2015, the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski and the First Lady inaugurated the Gallery of Polish Painting prepared by the National Museum in Krakow in the Presidential Palace. The guests at the event, which was moderated by Maciej Klimczak, the Minister at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, included the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Małgorzata Omilanowska and the Director of the National Museum in Krakow, Zofia Gołubiew.
The exhibition of works from the collection of the National Museum in Krakow features paintings by over twenty most prominent Polish artists such as Józef Chełmoński, Aleksander Gierymski, Stanisław Witkiewicz, Józef Czapski and Stanisław Wyspiański.
