Spring has finally come to our Museum! We are very pleased to announce that all of our branches have already opened.
We invite you to visit the branches of the NMK, where permanent and temporary exhibitions are held, as well as our gardens.
I. New NMK opening hours:

II.New regulations:
At the same time, we ask you to observe the new museum rules and regulations connected to preventing the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.
- It is obligatory to wear a mask while visiting all of our facilities.
- To ensure maximum safety for everyone, dispensers with hand sanitiser have been placed at the entrances to the buildings (for mandatory use by all persons).
- In areas accessible to the public, information in graphic and descriptive form is displayed, presenting safety rules and restrictions for visitors.
The NMK has introduced restrictions on the maximum allowed number of visitors that can be present
in the individual branches:
- Cloth Hall – max. 75 people
- Main Building of the NMK
– Art & Craft Gallery – max. 35 people
– Miracle of Light. Medieval Stained Glass in Poland – max. 30 people
– “Arms and Uniforms in Poland” – max. 25 people
- Princes Czartoryski Museum – max. 50 people
- Arsenal – max. 25 people
- Jan Matejko House Museum – max. 15 people
- Szołayski Tenement House – max. 5 people
- Józef Mehoffer house – max. 10 people
- Józef Czapski Pavilion – max. 10 people
- Czapski Palace – max. 20 people
- “Europeaum” European Culture Centre - max. 10 people
- Karol Szymanowski Museum at the “Atma” villa – max. 8 people
Coronavirus - don't risk it, protect yourself and others!
- comply with the signs and notices
- when you enter the building, disinfect your hands or put on gloves
- wash hands frequently with soap and water or use hand sanitiser
- keep a distance of at least 2 m from other people, including at the ticket office
- use protective masks or other face coverings at the premises of the museum
- increase the distance from people who cough or sneeze
- preferably pay by card
- limit the number of people in the elevator to 2
- use staircases
In accordance with the recommendations of the Health and Safety Committee, protective partitions have been installed at ticket office desks and security stations. We are ready to welcome all visitors.
