24 November 2016 marked the140th anniversary of the birth of Ksawery Dunikowski (1875-1964) – a sculptor and painter. What mattered most in his art was the human being and his or her fleeting beauty which undergoes transformation as a result of the inevitable passage of time.
We are presenting a selection of works by this outstanding portraitist from the NMK collection. -
