TICKET PRE-SALE FOR THE “CHEŁMOŃSKI” EXHIBITION AT THE NATIONAL MUSEUM IN KRAKÓW HAS BEGUN!

21.07.2025

tickets
Starting from July 21, 2025, presale tickets are available for one of the most anticipated exhibitions of the year – “Chełmoński” at the Main Building of the National Museum in Krakow. We encourage you to purchase them! Tickets can be bought online for specific time slots – please pay special attention to this when planning a group visit.

In response to the great interest shown in previous editions of the exhibition in Poznań and Warsaw – which we also hope to see in Krakow – we would like to share some organizational information:

  • The “Chełmoński” exhibition will be open daily – 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On selected dates (i.e., from August 8 to August 18, from August 30 to August 31, and from November 10 to November 30, 2025), opening hours will be extended until 8:00 PM. Other exhibitions can be visited as usual – from Tuesday to Sunday during the Museum’s standard opening hours.
  • The cloakroom and ticket office in the Main Building will be open from 9:45 AM.
  • Timed entry applies to the exhibition - for both individual visitors and organized groups. This new feature, introduced to ensure visitor comfort and the quality of the exhibition experience, is something we ask you to keep in mind when planning your visit and purchasing tickets.
  • Tickets will be available online from July 21 (at https://bilety.mnk.pl/) and in person at the Museum ticket offices from August 8, 2025.

Additionally, with a ticket to the “Chełmoński” exhibition, you’ll also have free access to the  MNK Sukiennice (free of charge) , where the largest work by Józef Chełmoński in Polish collections, “The Four-in-Hand”, is on display:

- the permanent exhibition,

- the exhibition in the Painting Studio: “The Four-in-Hand. On the Conservation and Research of Józef Chełmoński’s Painting”.

We encourage you to plan your visit in advance and not leave it to the last minute - that’s the best way to avoid queues and ensure you don’t miss the chance to see this exhibition.

For detailed information about ticket sales and opening hours, visit the Museum’s website or follow us on social media. Stay tuned!
