cycle: Concerts at the National Museum in Krakow Sinfonietta Cracovia concert in Sukiennice
To mark the closing of the exhibition, on 2 October at 6 p.m., the Gallery of 19th-Century Polish Art in the Sukiennice will host a concert of SINFONIETTA CRACOVIA – Orchestra of the Royal Capital City of Krakow.
The programme will feature:
- Johann Sebastian Bach – Air on the G String from Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D major, BWV 1068
- Johann Sebastian Bach – Orchestral Suite No. 2 in B minor BWV 1067
- Henryk Mikolaj Górecki – Three Pieces in Old Style
- Krzysztof Penderecki – Chaconne in memoria del Giovanni Paolo II from the Polish Requiem
