Radio Krakow Brand for the exhibition titled Ottomania
We are pleased to announce that our exhibition Ottomania. The Ottoman Orient in Renaissance Art was awarded the Radio Krakow Brand for the month of June.
The award is given once a month to the most interesting cultural initiatives in the Małopolska region.
The exhibition features works by such Renaissance masters as Albrecht Dürer, Hans Memling, Gentile Bellini, Jacopo Tintoretto, Paolo Veronese, Titian and others.

The exhibition is part of a large international project Ottomans & Europeans: Reflecting on five centuries of cultural relations.
Its participants include important European and Turkish cultural institutions. Aside from the Palais des Beaux-Arts (BOZAR) in Brussels, these are: Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna, Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (Istanbul) and Witte de With, Center for Contemporary Art (Rotterdam).
The exhibition can be viewed in the Main Building of the NMK until 27 September 2015. Do come and visit!
