Dear Sir or Madam,

Due to the decision of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, all branches of the National Museum in Krakow (including the Princes Czartoryski Museum) are closed to visitors from March 12 until further notice.

All events organized by the NMK up to and including March 25 are also canceled.

Money for purchased tickets will be refunded, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at rezerwacja@mnk.pl.

We will inform You about the reopening of the National Museum in Krakow for visitors.

We will also inform You about all additional changes in the functioning of the Museum on a regular basis.
