Accessibility for people with disabilities

If you encounter any accessibility issues with this website, please contact us. You may also use the same contact method to request information that is currently inaccessible or to file a complaint regarding a lack of accessibility.

Everyone has the right to request that a website, mobile app, or their components be made digitally accessible. You may also request that information be provided in alternative formats, such as by having a digitally inaccessible document read aloud or by describing the content of a video without audio description.

The request should include:

• the personal information of the person making the request,
• specification of which website, mobile app, or element is involved,
• contact information,
• specification of the preferred format for providing the information, if the request concerns an alternative format.

The Museum should fulfill the request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If meeting this deadline is not possible, the Museum will immediately inform the requester when the request can be fulfilled. This period may not exceed 2 months from the date of submission. If ensuring accessibility is not possible, the Museum may propose an alternative method of accessing the information.

If the Museum refuses to fulfill a request for accessibility or alternative access to information, a complaint may be filed against such action.

After exhausting all other options, a complaint may also be submitted to the Ombudsman
