He studied at the Henryk Majewski Post-Secondary Jazz School in Warsaw and at the Academy of Music in Krak\u00f3w (jazz piano). He leads the Tomasz Bia\u0142owolski Trio (with Wojciech Szwugier \u2013 double bass, and Micha\u0142 Heller \u2013 drums) and performs in a duo with vocalist Judyta Pisarczyk. A former member of ensembles such as New Brand Quintet and Arek Skolik Quartet, he co-created the project\u00a0To Muniak With Love\u00a0and recorded\u00a0Pick Yourself Up\u00a0(2020).<\/p>\n<p>He accompanies vocalists during the International Summer Jazz Academy in Krak\u00f3w and teaches at the Bronis\u0142aw Rutkowski Secondary Music School, where he co-founded and currently leads the jazz department.<\/p>\n<p>A devoted disciple of Barry Harris\u2019s harmonic concepts, he regularly attended Harris\u2019s workshops in Italy and created the video series\u00a0Harmonic Concepts According to Barry Harris, as well as a master\u2019s thesis on the subject.
