{"id":43051,"date":"2026-09-14T12:24:58","date_gmt":"2026-09-14T10:24:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mnk.pl\/?p=43051"},"modified":"2026-09-15T11:31:35","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T09:31:35","slug":"mnk-nagrodzone-statuetkami-slonecznikow-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mnk.pl\/en\/mnk-nagrodzone-statuetkami-slonecznikow-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"The National Museum in Krak\u00f3w awarded the 2026 S\u0142onecznik statuettes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Museum in Krak\u00f3w has been awarded the S\u0142onecznik statuettes \u2013 prizes awarded by <a href=\"https:\/\/sloneczniki.czasdzieci.pl\/)\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the Czas Dzieci website<\/a> in a poll for the most developmental initiatives for children aged 0\u201314. The team from the National Museum in Krak\u00f3w received two main prizes and one honourable mention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the \u2018language\u2019 category, we received a Jury\u2019s Commendation for organising the <a href=\"https:\/\/mnk.pl\/edukacja\/dzieci-i-rodziny\/sztuka-bycia-razem-weekendowe-warsztaty-rodzinne\/\">Art of Being Together<\/a> workshops, which were accepted by Marta Wojty\u015b-Kipiel and Jagoda Gumi\u0144ska-Oleksy \u2013 coordinators of the series, supported by the National Museum in Krak\u00f3w\u2019s Patron, PGE (Polish Energy Group).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the \u201cnature\u201d category, the National Museum was honoured with the Jury\u2019s Prize and the Parents\u2019 Prize for the <a href=\"https:\/\/mnk.pl\/en\/thank-you-for-taking-part-in-the-butterflies-and-stalks-series\/\">Butterflies and Stalks<\/a> series, which were accepted by Marta Hernik, Head of the Education Department at the National Museum in Krak\u00f3w and coordinator of this year\u2019s edition, and Ma\u0142gorzata \u0141aciak, a representative of the Institute of Nature Conservation of the Polish Academy of Sciences, who co-led the sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshops were held as part of the project: <a href=\"https:\/\/mnk.pl\/en\/the-mnk-czartoryski-museum-library-extension-and-refurbishment-of-the-mnk-branch-project\/\">The MNK Czartoryski Museum \u2013 extension and refurbishment of the National Museum in Krak\u00f3w branch<\/a>. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the \u2018European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and the Environment 2021\u20132027\u2019 programme, PRIORITY VII: Culture, Area 1: Development of cultural infrastructure (listed and non-listed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the organisers and the parents for recognising our work.
