I. DEFINITIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. CIR<\/strong> – Information and Booking Centre, the museum unit responsible for receiving and handling bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Educator \/ Educator<\/strong> – an employee or associate of the Museum who conducts guided tours or educational activities as part of a bespoke offering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Contact Form<\/strong> – an electronic form available on the Site for contacting CIR to make a booking, as part of a bespoke offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Booking form<\/strong> – an electronic form used to confirm the intention to make a booking at the Museum and the detailed arrangements for it. It forms the basis for accepting the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Museum <\/strong>\u2013 The National Museum in Krak\u00f3w, with its registered office at 1 Aleja 3 Maja, Krak\u00f3w 30-062, registered in the Register of Cultural Institutions under number RIK: 25\/92, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6750004442, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 000275961<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Bespoke offer<\/strong> – the Museum’s permanent offer to individual visitors and organised groups, available by booking, including tours of permanent and temporary exhibitions and educational services for specific exhibitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Group leader <\/strong>\u2013 the person responsible for the group during their visit to the Museum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Rules <\/strong>\u2013Booking Rules of the National Museum in Krak\u00f3w<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Booking<\/strong> – an application made by the Ordering Party for participation in services offered by the Museum, in particular educational services or sightseeing tours, including the choice of date, type of service or ticket and number of participants, confirmed by the Museum in the manner specified in these Rules, entitling to participation in a given service or admission to the Museum under the conditions indicated .<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. System Booking<\/strong> – a basic type of Booking, requiring the Customer to make payment within 48 hours of its notification, based on the payment link sent by the CIR, under pain of automatic cancellation of the Booking in the event of non-payment within the indicated time limit. The 48-hour period is calculated from the moment the order is created by the CIR, regardless of public holidays. Failure to make payment on time will result in the automatic cancellation of the Booking without further notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Initial booking<\/strong> – the first stage of the booking process: a temporary booking saved in the system until the booking details are confirmed on the booking form and a proper booking is created: a system or deferred payment booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Booking with deferred payment<\/strong> – a special type of booking which allows payment to be made on the day of the visit to the Museum, immediately before the visit, at the cash desk of the branch where the booking will be made, or on the basis of an invoice issued by the branch cash desk, payable after the booking has been made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Website <\/strong>– Museum website: https:\/\/mnk.pl\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. System<\/strong> – an electronic ticketing and booking system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Participant <\/strong>– a person attending a tour or educational activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Service<\/strong> – an educational service provided by the Museum as part of a bespoke offer (e.g. a guided tour, museum lesson, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Special Event<\/strong> – an event organised or co-organised by the Museum, not included in the bespoke offer, for which the Museum holds bookings and\/or sells tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Ordering Party(Customer)<\/strong> – a person who, on behalf of himself or herself, or the institution\/company he or she represents, makes a booking and makes a commitment to the Museum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. Order<\/strong> – a summary of the booking made by the CIR specifying the date, type of service, number of tickets, amount to be paid, setting out the details of the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    II. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. These Rules set out the terms and conditions for the Museum\u2019s acceptance of bookings for all its branches, with the exception of the Karol Szymanowski Museum at the \u2018Atma\u2019 villa in Zakopane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The museum accepts bookings for individuals and for organised groups, according to the offer, which is published on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The Museum informs, through a publication on the Museum website, for which events or services bookings are obligatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Bookings can only be made by an adult on his or her own behalf or on behalf of the company or institution he or she represents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The submission of a booking is tantamount to the conclusion of a contract between the Museum and the individual or business entity, and consequently all arrangements and settlements and other benefits arising from this contract are binding on the contractual parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The Museum accepts bookings as part of its bespoke offer and for special events organised or co-organised by the Museum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Booking rules for special events are set separately for each event and published on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      III. GENERAL RULES FOR ACCEPTING BOOKINGS UNDER A CUSTOMISED OFFER<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

      1. Information on the customised offer is published on the Museum’s website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Bookings are accepted up to 90 days before the planned date of the museum visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Bookings must be made at least 5 days before the planned date of the visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Bookings are accepted subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Bookings can only be made by contacting the CIR:\n
