Donations and acquisitions of the NMK in 2015

In 2015, as part of the programme "Collections – Priority 4 – Museum Collections" and thanks to the financial support from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the National Museum in Krakow acquired new exhibits for its collection. These include two 17th-century Dutch oil portraits, a magnificent stained glass window titled Faith, Hope Love (Soul at the Door of Heaven) by Józef Mehoffer as well as 46 exceptional contemporary works by artists such as Stanisław Wójtowicz, Barbara Zbrożyna, Lucjan Mianowski, Jarosław Modzelewski, Ignacy Czwartos and Zuzanna Janin.
