The National Museum in Krakow prepared its second art presentation in 2016 in the Presidential Palace.
The exhibition 'Indigenous Customs and Rituals in Polish Art of the 19th and 20th Century ' consists of several dozen of paintings depicting Polish religious and secular traditions associated both with folk customs and the ethos of the gentry.
The opening of the exhibition took place on 12 December 2016 in the Presidential Palace, in the presence of the President of the Polish Republic – Andrzej Duda, and his wife – Agata Kornhauser-Duda.
